The staff was very friendly. I had actually booked to stay the weekend in Dubai, as it was my wife's birthday. They prepared the room very nicely, and even offered a very good velvet cake. Overall, I was very happy with the decision to book at this hotel. I needed the place to be reasonably close to the airport as there was an early flight to catch afterwards. This place checked all the boxes for me, being about 15 minutes away from either the Dubai Mall, and the airport.
The in-room phone didn't work (though not a big deal for me). There was a lot of construction around the hotel (16 Oct 2026). Also, be careful when entering their parking garage, as it's quite a bit tight, I nearly curbed my rims, but thankfully I just hopped on the curb for a bit.

The facilities over all were a 10/10, everything is included in the room, the room was pretty clean and tidy, the location was good in terms of everything, would definitely recommend.
It took us a lot of time to check in but we fully understand the cause of the delay, because we have requested a room with two single beds and the receptionist was willing to help.
