Good location, easy and quick check-in
Clean with good facilities including a variety of breakfast items and hot drinks
Our room was very cold and the heating didn’t seem to come on. There was also a lot of noise coming from outside which i understand cannot be helped. I believe the hotel is close to a railway?

Having kitchen facilities, both in the room and a communal one as well, was great.
Nothing.

Easily accessible. Clean facilities. Comfy bed.

It was very clean and decorated nice.
The bed was so uncomfortable, also we were given a loft room with only sky lights so it felt very closed in and loads of stairs that we had to carry two heavy cases up.
Also, it said it had parking which was why I booked it, but parking is limited, there isn’t enough spaces too cover every room so we had to drag our heavy cases down a hill and park on a fairly narrow road.
