Disappointed that there were no clear instructions regarding exiting the garage after checkout.
We enjoyed how spacious the apartment was, that it included parking, it was near good restaurants and a nice place to walk around.
Quite a few, unfortunately. We were very excited to stay here and relax. But the apartment did not have hand soap, enough dishwashing soap and toilet paper for the 4 days that we were staying. The instructions were not at all clear about the parking situation after check out. The instructions stated to leave the keys inside the apartment- which I did. I then headed down to wait for my family who were trying to exit the garage. But turns out that we needed the key to leave the garage!! I knew that we needed the key to get in the garage, but it was not communicated that we needed the key to get out of the garage too. I called the office and the lady did not offer solutions, other than a staff member could go open the door for us but it could be some time before anyone was able to. Since I was out of the garage and my family was locked in, I had to run to their office (about 6 blocks) to get a key, run back, and then go upstairs to drop this key off again. While I was dropping off the key, I see that their staff is now cleaning the apartment. I can’t believe that they wouldn’t let them know to let us out since they were already upstairs! I spoke with the staff member but she didn’t say anything and just looked at me. I’m so disappointed for how I was treated given how much we paid to stay for 4 days. I def do not recommend this stay.
