Good location, nice walk to centre and close to metro station. Spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and modern.
Keys were ready to pick up from key box but we had to ask several times for the key box code.
Getting hot water requires pressing a button in the mains electrical fusebox and waiting 20 minutes every time you need hot water. This is very unusual. We had no hot water for 2 days because the maintenance man didn't explain that we need to switch on EVERYTIME we need hot water. It didn't last long enough for 4 people to have showers.
The flush button in one bathroom was broken but could not be repaired until after the weekend.
The maintenance man that I was asked to call seemed quite grumpy and annoyed that we were calling about the issues described.

A very spacious and clean apartment with all available amenities . Area around property had fantastic restaurants and wine bars
Bathroom set up no need for cupboards in front of toilet which then made access to shower very tight
