Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention several discrepancies in the charges for my hotel stay from 18 to 19 October 2026.
I have identified the following billing errors:
1. Room rate: The room was booked through Booking.com at a rate of €86. However, I was charged €112.
2. Parking fee: Parking was booked at €13 per night. However, I was charged twice €13, despite having only one car and staying for just one night.
I therefore kindly request that you correct these billing errors as soon as possible and refund the amounts that were incorrectly charged.
Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to receiving your confirmation of the corrections and the corresponding refund.

The bed was comfortable, when the window was closed the room was quiet (but opening it meant hearing airplanes), staff in the reception were all friendly. Room was generally clean.
Didn't send me the extra pillows we requested already when booking, the room's carpet had many stains, and the room was a bit too crowded.

The room was clean and staff were very nice. It's close to the airport(which is why we picked this hotel)
I liked the coffee & tea in the room. The restruant off of the main lobby was nice so we didn't have to leave to find something to eat after a long day. Loved the coffee machine in the breakfast area!
We didn't realize how small the rooms were. We stayed the last 3 nights at this hotel so we'd be close to the hotel. I wish we would have chosen a different hotel overall. The rooms are incredibly small and tight to move around-but clean. It would work for a single or maybe couple, but for a family It was pretty tight. We made it work. The breakfast was ok. The staff struggled keeping clean silverware and plates available for guests. It also seemed like when they ran out of food, not everything was restocked, so if you got there later, you had less to chose from. The last morning we were there, we sat at the round table in the center which had a lamp at the table-the lamp had a huge spiderweb and spider on it. We took care of it. Also, we overlooked when booking-parking at the hotel parking lot is $15/night.
