Décevant

Appartement moderne, à une demi-heure à pied du centre-ville de Pforzeim, à mi-chemin entre Stuttgart et Karlsruhe, situé au calme et bien chauffé.

Aucun accueil physique de la part de la propriétaire L’appartement se situe dans un ensemble d’immeubles, chose qui n’est mentionné nulle part dans le descriptif Booking. L’appartement n’est pas nettoyé puisque nous avons retrouvé des cheveux sous tous les coussins de chaises, dans le frigo ainsi que sur l’égouttoir à vaisselle. Réservoir balayette WC rempli d’eau sale. Grille-pain sale, non nettoyé. Une cafetière un peu plus moderne aurait été la bienvenue. Des toiles d’araignée et de la poussière un peu partout. Vaisselle pas propre ainsi que les intérieurs de placard et tiroirs. L’aspirateur ne joue pas son rôle puisque le sac est plein et dégage une odeur très forte lorsqu’on le met en route, signe que les filtres ne sont, ni nettoyés, ni changés. Ce qui en dit long sur la façon dont est fait le nettoyage de l’hébergement. Le drap housse ainsi que les housses de couettes et housses d’oreiller n’ont pas été changé entre 2 clients avec présence de taches. Les chaussons mis à disposition ne sont pas neufs et sont donc utilisés par tous les clients. Niveau hygiène, on a rarement fait pire. Le lave-linge et sèche-linge se situe dans le sous-sol et sont utilisés de manière collective par d’autres locataires de l’immeuble. Ce service est payant et rien n’est spécifié de tout cela dans le descriptif Booking. La place de stationnement gratuite et privé mise à disposition est très étroite faisant en sorte qu’il est impossible d’ouvrir les portières lorsque d’autres véhicules sont stationnés de part et d’autre. Cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire envoi 48 heures avant notre départ un message de rappel de nos obligations en nous demandant de ne pas oublier de vider les poubelles et de quitter les lieux avant 10h00. Message très mal venu lorsqu’on loue un appartement en ne respectant pas soit même les consignes, à savoir louer un hébergement propre, d’autant que 50 euros de frais de ménage sont facturés par séjour ???????
