About this house rental
Ideally located in a cove, 500 m from the beach, this functional, well-equipped villa is located on wooded and fenced land of 1000 m, (with pétanque and table tennis) offers a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and the Mediterranean sea bordered by small coves and sandy beaches. The villa is bright, located in a street where you can park easily in front of the house, or have 2 garages. the entrance to the house is only 4 steps above street level. On this floor you will find the kitchen, the dining and living room area with its fireplace, as well as a bedroom and its small bathroom, there are also 2 toilets on this level. the living room opens onto two terraces: one with a sea view, the other with its plancha and BBQ, and the private swimming pool.
on the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms / the master bedroom with its own bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and a 4-bed room, ideal for children; an independent bathroom with WC is also upstairs. A garden is at your disposal with terrace, pétanque court, hammock area, ping-pong area as well as the private swimming pool with sun loungers to enjoy the outdoors. This villa is ideally located for a holiday with family or friends, in a charming location on the Costa Brava.
Possibility of launching for small inflatable type boats and rental of mooring buoy for larger boats.

We had a wonderful stay at Alain’s villa. The house was everything we had hoped for, and more, and worked very well for two families. The view was wonderful and the outdoor area was really great. It was a short walk to the beaches and the restaurants. Alain was always accommodating and we have no problem recommending this fantastic place.
