The rooms were clean and it was quiet even though we were informed that it was fully booked. The staff did a very good job in ensuring a seamless check-in and that we all slept closer to each other.
We ordered dinner (room service) and it came over 3 hours later when we already in bed. Further, the breakfast buffet the following morning was mid (majority food done and took a while to be replenished. Would recommend that they reconsider how they approach this , especially when they are at full capacity.

The professional and friendly staff elevated the already pleasant experience. Facilities were excellent and the food quality and presentation beyond expectation.
Nothing really.

Breakfast fruit was poorly cut in large chunks - this needs to be improved.
Room was poor - no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers - room was damp and Aircon was not working.
