The house is like a small 5-star hotel right by the sea, practically “right on the sand,” separated from the beach by just a lawn and a bike path. It features 13 suites, all with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a bathroom, Wi-Fi. The rooms can be configured in various ways. There are 2 swimming pools—one on the terrace and the other on the first floor—two gourmet areas, 2 built-in grills, and a magnificent terrace with a panoramic ocean view. The ground-floor rooms have their own private outdoor exits.

The residence is located in a gated community with two entrance gates; inside the community, there is 24-hour motorized security with cars and motorcycles. Along the beach, on the bike path, there are several guard posts staffed by security guards. We have no record of any security-related issues whatsoever regarding the gated community; there are no walls around the beachfront homes, and most of the homes are left unlocked at all times.
