Inside, you’ll find a living room with a dining area that seats four. The furnishings have been lovingly selected, arranged in a cozy manner, and are modern and high-quality. A stereo system and a smart TV with internet access provide entertainment. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living spaces with light, and the south-west-facing terrace with seating invites you to linger.
In the integrated kitchen area, you’ll find a white, fully equipped built-in kitchen with appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator), as well as a filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—and, of course, cooking and dining utensils.
The bedroom features a 180x200 cm box-spring bed, nightstands, a wardrobe, and another smart TV. You can also access the terrace from the bedroom.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower at floor level, a sink, a towel warmer, a toilet, a mirror, and a hair dryer.
A staircase leading from the living room takes you down to the basement level. Here you’ll find the second bedroom, furnished with two single box-spring beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, two nightstands, a spacious wardrobe, and a smart TV. There is also another shower room here with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.
Other amenities include:
electric blinds on all windows, in-floor heating, free Wi-Fi, an elevator, a free private parking space, and a bike shed. Please note that smoking is permitted only outdoors. To accommodate guests with allergies, pets are not allowed here.

Die Lüftung konnte nicht runterreguliert und nicht ausge-schaltet werden. Sie lief 24 Stunden und war zudem sehr
laut und ließ einen nicht schlafen. Beim Telefonat mit der Agentur bestägtigte man mir auch Beschwerden vorheriger Mieter. Andere Mieter bestätigten diese Probleme nicht.

Das Objekt entsprach der Beschreibung. Gute Küchenausstattung und bequeme Betten.
Gleich beim Bezug der Ferienwohnung wurden kleine Mängel festgestellt, welche noch am gleichen Tag der Agentur gemeldet wurden. Leider war es während unserem Aufenthalt nicht machbar, diese Mängel zu beseitigen. Schade bei einer so neuen Wohnung.
Der Fahrradschuppen ist auch etwas zu klein geraten. Wir hatten während des gesamten Aufenthalts keinen Platz für unsere Räder.
Ansonsten kann diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfohlen werden.
