About this apartment rental
Our "Möwennest" vacation rental is a 49-square-meter, two-room apartment located on the first floor of a new vacation home with four vacation rentals. It is furnished to accommodate two people.
One child up to age 3 is welcome to stay with you. A travel crib is available free of charge for our little guests.
The combined living and kitchen area features a comfortable sofa. An armchair with an ottoman and a floor lamp are provided for reading and relaxing.
The large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a Blu-ray player, and a sound system provide the perfect setting for evening entertainment.
Wi-Fi and a landline phone are available free of charge throughout the apartment.
The kitchen area features an electric oven, a 4-zone induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer. There is an ample supply of dishes and silverware. A toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and microwave are also included.
We’ve set up a dining area right in front of the patio window; it comfortably seats two people.
Our modern bathroom features a large, walk-in shower with a fantastic overhead showerhead for pure showering pleasure.
The separate bedroom features a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV.
Thanks to the built-in central heating, the apartment can be used year-round.
Our apartment also features a small, separate storage room with some cleaning supplies.
Smoking is not permitted inside our vacation rental. However, there’s certainly no problem with having a cigarette on the partially covered terrace. Comfortable patio furniture is available on the south-facing terrace.
There is a dedicated bike shed with a 220 V outlet for the bikes you bring with you. For your car, there is a dedicated parking space (No. 2) on the residential complex grounds.
