New, cozy 4-star vacation apartment offering plenty of comfort and panoramic mountain views in a beautiful, sunny location. A 15-minute walk from the town center and situated in a quiet area. A little paradise of well-being—ideal for a vacation for two if you appreciate something special! A comfortably furnished vacation apartment in a modern Alpine style with a private, weather-protected balcony and a beautiful view of the magnificent mountain panorama of the Bavarian Alps. New bathroom with a rain shower, natural stone sink, and ambient lighting. Parking right next to the house and private, separate access via an outdoor staircase to the apartment on the first floor. Beautiful hiking and biking trails right outside the house—you can leave your car behind. Your benefit: We’re a partner business of the Chiemgau Card. We’ll provide you with the Chiemgau Card, which lets you enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. You also have access to free bike rentals and public transportation, such as regional buses and the Bavarian Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. Our “Bavarian Sea,” Lake Chiemsee, is about a 15-minute drive away. Lake Chiemsee, a swimming lake with beautiful beaches, is the perfect spot for a wonderful day. In the evening, you can relax on the beach and enjoy the sunset. Salzburg is about a 20-minute drive, bus ride, or train ride away. The beautiful Mozart city of Salzburg and its castle are definitely always worth a visit. Right in Salzburg is the “Haus der Natur.” It’s well worth a visit. You can reach Munich, the capital of Bavaria, with its many sights, in just one hour by car or train.

Die Ferienwohnung ist der perfekte Ort, um sich nach einem aktiven oder auch entspannten Tag zurückzuziehen. Der Check in und Check out hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Bergpanorama vom eigenen Balkon der Wohnung ist immer wieder ein Genuss. Absolute Weiterempfehlung unsererseits.

Die Wohnung ist mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichtet und ist extrem gut ausgestattet. Monika ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin und hat uns mit viel Informationen zu Land und Leute versorgt. Die Lage ist ruhig und gleichzeitig ist das Zentrum und EDEKA fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Eine der schönsten Aufenthalte, die wir in der letzten Zeit hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!
