Our accommodations for your stay:
• 8 stylish & comfortable vacation homes: Suitable for 2 to 5 people.
• 2 cozy vacation apartments: Suitable for 4 to 8 people.
Important Pricing and Booking Information (Payment on Site):
• Air Conditioning: Billed separately based on individual usage at 0.50 EUR per kilowatt-hour (kWh).
• Registration Fee: One-time fee of 3.00 EUR per person.
• Washing machine use: 7.00 EUR per wash cycle (up to a maximum of 6 kg).
• Security deposit: A security deposit of 100.00 EUR must be paid on the day of arrival. This will be refunded in full upon proper return of the rental property on the day of departure.
Optional services:
- Crib: 12.26 EUR per stay
- Travel crib with linens: 1.23 EUR per stay
