About this apartment rental
This bright, modern vacation rental was completed in July 2020. It is located on the first floor of a townhouse, is wheelchair-accessible, and has a separate entrance. The two-room apartment is centrally located, close to the pedestrian zone. The white sandy beach and the romantic harbor on the Bodden are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Restaurants, shops, bakeries, and bike rentals are all nearby.
The tastefully furnished apartment consists of a living room with an integrated
corner kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
The kitchen area features brand-name appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, convection oven,
ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.
The living area is equipped with, among other things, a corner sofa, a 50" satellite LED TV, and a DAB+ internet radio
. The apartment has free Wi-Fi.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200) with a full-length topper,
a wardrobe, and a 50" satellite LED TV.
The daylight-filled bathroom features a walk-in shower with a large glass partition, a sink, and a toilet.
The ground-floor apartment has direct access to the 15m² sun terrace, which faces south at
. It offers plenty of space for private sunbathing, dining, and relaxation. The adjacent garden, complete with a relaxation area and a beach chair, is available for your personal use. A covered area provides secure and sheltered storage for two bicycles as well as a place to charge e-bikes. The clothes dryer for your swimwear and towels can also be set up there. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und innen, wie außen komfortabel. Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum mach alle Wege kurz. Leichte Verkehrsgeräusche durch die Nähe zur Hauptstraße sind nicht ganz zu vermeiden. Leider momentan noch kein WLAN verfügbar.
