Built in 1920 and just a 20-minute drive from the capital, this colonial-style villa offers all the amenities to make your vacation truly special. An oasis of peace, far from mass tourism, yet just 2 km from the sea and the beach. The property covers 50,000 m² and features banana trees, avocado trees, orange trees, pumpkin plants, and other varieties of fruit trees. Its well-tended gardens, splendid pool, and marvelous ocean views will make you feel as if you’re in a true paradise. The house has two floors with five bedrooms—three with double beds and two with twin beds—as well as three bathrooms and a separate half-bath. You can also enjoy a barbecue area and a sun terrace.
