Ailleurs c'est bien aussi...
Maison aux pièces spacieuses, maison très propre. La literie est de bonne qualité. Je n'ai rien à dire à ce sujet. Ce sont les seuls points positifs puisque tout le reste n'a ete qu'un fiasco. Maison très vieillotte dont seules les peintures ont ete refaites. Le reste appartient à l'histoire des anciens occupants... (ex: 1 passoire cassée mais 4 services à café...allez comprendre...). Lave vaisselle et lave linge très appréciés.
PLUS JAMAIS!!! A EVITER!!! (Fuyez...Sauf si vous etes sourd ou alors si vous êtes dans le doute quant à la solidité de votre couple!) Ici, PAS DE REPOS!!! bruyant +++, vieillot+++. Manque d'équipement (pas de BBQ...ce sont pourtant les vacances??).
1) Attention: Caméras DANS la propriété qui filment les espaces perso!!! (L'agence les a constatées et les a recouvertes avec du scotch le lendemain)
2) Emplacement: vous partagez le jardin du propriétaire! Les fenêtres donnent dans son espace. Maison dans une rue extrêmement passante pour eviter les bouchons du centre ville, vous entendrez environ 100-150 voitures/j, qui à toutes heures claxonnent, roulent vite, et même s'engueulent! Ajoutez à ce bordel le chien du proprio qui hurle nuit et jour (dès 6h et jusqu'à 22h le soir. Et même 3h30 du matin le dernier jour!). Tout ça fera que vous serez, comme nous, fatigués de votre visite. Déçu et tristes que vos 10 seuls jours de vacances soient gâchés.
Mais le proprio vous dira que "c'est parce qu'il y a eu des cambrioleurs".... des voleurs de sommeil sûrement! ( Le chien aboie en italien, je ne parle pas l'italien canin!)
3) Materiel: jeudi, La clim ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. 48 degrés dehors en pleine canicule de juillet 2025, et 27 degrés DANS la maison. J'ai du acheté un ventilateur dans l'urgence et on m'a demandé de patienter. Vendredi, silence radio à ma 2eme demande (on devait revenir vers moi). Samedi matin 3eme demande, et le technicien est ENFIN venu à 13h. Pas entretenue (comme le reste des accessoires) tous les filtres etaient bouchés... j'ai dû être mobilisable sur des moments de tourisme pour accueillir chacune des personnes venues constater/réparer les merdouilles. Jusqu'à 1h de retard pour certains rdv!!
La clim est dans le couloir, très vieux modèle qui ne souffle pas assez fort et ne refroidit pas la totalité des pieces. Il y fait trop chaud...
