Room was good size , amenities provided exceeded expectations but a coffee machine would have been appreciated.
The lobby area was too utilitarian and the breakfast, while ample, was a little too Japanese.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at in Japan. We booked a twin room as it was the same price as the double but much bigger and there was loads of space to keep our cases open. The rooms all seem newly decorated. The staff were very friendly and always said hello.
My only comment, which is very minor, is that there was no coffee in the rooms, all the other hotels we stayed at offered drip coffee bags. I bought my own instant lattes and the mugs weren't changed during our stay which wasn't ideal. There was coffee in the lobby but it was unclear if this was just for guests checking in.

Great location. Nice spacious rooms and beds. Good facilities. Lovely, friendly staff.
I'm not into the computer check-in and check-out; it misses the personal touch. Bring back humans.
