Location was pretty good, it's located 2 steps away from a train station that's 1 stop away from Kyoto Station and 2 steps away as well from the bus stop. There's a bakery right next to the hotel and a coin laundry very close. The hotel offered the wonderful service TA-Q-BIN, used to send luggages to your next stay. The staff promptly helped us to set up our luggage transfer to Hiroshima and saved us from walking some km to the nearest Yamato Transport and with that a lot of time and effort. The room was ok.
rooms are pretty small, the laundry room only had 3 washing machines if I remember correctly, and they were always full (It seemed to us that 1 person occupied 2 of the 3 for himself even if the rules said it was prohibited) so we couldn't make use of the service and had to use a coin laundry near the hotel.

It was right next to the Toji station and close to bus stops. Breakfast selection was good.
