We came to Vienna for a work meeting and only needed a place for one night. Our train arrived later than expected, so we were glad the check-in was self-service and I could go straight to the apartment without arranging to meet anyone. Everything was clearly explained in the instructions, and we had no trouble getting in. The apartment was tidy, quiet and comfortable, which is really all I wanted after a full day of travelling. we managed to get a proper night's sleep before my meeting the following morning. I also appreciated how quickly the team responded when I had a question about our arrival. Nothing overly complicated, just a well-managed place that made my trip easier. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Needed a place for one night after a concert and this was exactly right. I was a bit nervous about self check-in since I'd never done it before, but it turned out to be the easiest part of the whole trip. The host called me in the afternoon to make sure I had everything, which I really appreciated. Walking in, the first thing I noticed was how clean it smelled, like someone really cares about the place. I got back late, took a hot shower and fell asleep in minutes. In the morning I found a lovely little bakery just down the street, so the neighborhood gets a thumbs up from me too. Great value for the price, and I felt completely safe coming back alone at night. Already recommended it to my friends!

Het appartement is ruim met 3 slaapgelegenheden. Het is mooi ingericht. Ruime badkamer en er is een wasmachine en een vaatwasser. Goede locatie met metro en tram naar centrum, vlakbij Augarten park waar je kan hardlopen. Er is een Spar om de hoek.
We vroegen bij aankomst of we de bagage in het gebouw konden stallen, maar we mochten al een paar uur eerder het appartement binnen, wat zeer gewaardeerd werd.
Het appartement heeft geen airco, wat tegenwoordig in Wenen echt nodig is, het was tussen de 35 en 39 graden. Daarmee was het bloedheet in het appartement . Er was slechts 1 ventilator, gelukkig kregen we op verzoek er nog een bij. De wifi is niet zo goed, je kunt niet met een aantal mensen tegelijk streamen.
Verder misten we heel erg een vriezer of vriesvak en koffie/thee faciliteiten.

Nice, clean apartment. Responsive host
On our last day we were supposed to check out at 11 am so Around 9:30, whilist in the shower, we heard someone at the door.
We had the unpleasant surprise that the next incoming guests entering the flat just like that, no knocking, no nothing, asking to leave their luggage inside.
I was naked in the shower and this weird guy just coming inside, it was a horrible experience. Never happened something like this before.
Called the host and informed it but they never left. They sat outside the door for 1h waiting for us to leave. Horrible!
