About this apartment rental
A beautifully located vacation rental on the 1st floor with a south-facing terrace. The vacation rental has three bedrooms; two of them have two single beds (1 x 2 m), and one bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 2 m). The bathroom, complete with a shower, towels, and a hair dryer, is provided for your use. The cozy living/dining room with a flat-screen TV is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, coffee pod machine (coffee pods and tea for your first morning are provided), electric kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils such as pots, dishes, silverware, glasses, and bowls for your convenience. South-facing terrace with a table, chairs, and a parasol for relaxing while enjoying the view of the greenery. Cash, credit cards, EC, Visa, and Mastercard accepted on site. A deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For late arrivals, you can use our Keyboy (comb lock). A baby bed/extra bed is available; please request it in advance if needed. Applicable fees: One-time fee of 10.00 EUR per stay for a travel crib.

Wir waren zur Messe in Nürnberg und haben hier übernachtet. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau unserer Erwartung und der Beschreibung.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sogar an Spielzeug für die Kinder wurde gedacht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
