𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒆

You enter the Tabby Shack through a brightly colored door and shutters into a custom-made entryway with baskets for shoes, hooks for coats, bags, and towels, shelves for your grab-and-go items, and a bench to get ready for a day on the island. Leave your stress at the door to kick off your holiday right — as one recent guest put it, they walked in and immediately felt right at home.


From the entry, you'll find the heart of the house: an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space. The living room brings everyone together as the central hub of your vacation, with a large sectional for movie nights on the new 4K TV, or cozy chairs by the fireplace and windows for a quiet read.

Through the living room is the dining area, with seating for eight between the large table and the granite breakfast bar. Plantation shutters let you set the perfect mood for mealtime — and many guests say some of their favorite memories here have come from board games at this very table.

The dining area opens to a well-stocked kitchen with high-end Samsung appliances and everything you need to cook for the group. The layout keeps the chef connected to the fun in the rest of the home, and a full-sized washer and dryer in the utility room makes longer stays easy.

Down the hallway, the first door on the right is the 𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒆 — a private retreat with a new king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Toward the front of the house are two more bedrooms. The second bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and south-facing windows with matching plantation shutters. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed with the same thoughtful touches. The main bathroom, also renovated, has a tub/shower combo and ample storage.

Outside, the side patio is your gateway to our outdoor living space — furnished with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining, and yard games like giant Jenga and Connect 4. Past guests have called the 𝒑𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝒂 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒙𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒔, complete with thoughtful extras throughout the house that guests appreciate enough to bring home for their own pets.
