General description of the neighborhood
Only 2 neighbors out of all 16 lots, providing complete peace of mind to relax and have fun. Just 25 minutes from Asia Boulevard and 15 minutes from the best restaurants in Punta Hermosa and San Bartolo—a perfect midpoint to shorten travel times and enjoy the nearby areas.
Right at the exit from the house to the highway, they sell excellent seasonal produce (figs, avocados, dragon fruit, apples, grapes, etc.).
At the same exit, there are stands selling artisanal ice cream with a wide variety of flavors.
About 500 meters from the exit heading south, they sell artisanal filled breads (ham, cheese, cabanossi, olives, and more), as well as wood-fired pizzas.
A few meters further south is “Sector 62,” followed by the entrance to the town of Chilca, where you’ll find everything you need (pharmacies, bakeries, markets, plastic goods, hardware stores, etc.).
Access to the nearest beach, known as “Las Salinas,” is via the town of Chilca (a 5-minute drive).
Just past the entrance to the town of Chilca is the Primax gas station, where, in addition to filling up on gas, there’s also a convenience store called “Listo” where you can buy snacks, liquor, ice, charcoal, water, etc.
Past “Sector 62” on the same Panamericana Sur highway, about 200 meters away, you’ll find the traditional lucuma ice cream from the “Ovni” brand; they also sell excellent artisanal filled breads.
At km 51 is San Bartolo (15 minutes from the house); there, we recommend two artisanal pizzerias, “Brandon” and “La Milonga.”
In the town of San Bartolo itself is “Pirata 48,” which serves chifa. There are also other restaurants in the area that round out the diverse selection.
At km 86.5 on the Pan-American Highway South (12 minutes from the house) is the Creole restaurant “Doña Paulina.”
At km 88 of the Pan-American Highway South (15 minutes from the house) is “Deli Bakery,” a bakery that also serves lunch and dinner with a good variety of options.
At km 92.5 on the Pan-American Highway South (20 minutes from the house) is the Creole restaurant “El Buen Horno,” which features a diverse menu with delicious dishes.
At Km 97 is the Boulevard de Asia (25 minutes from the house), featuring restaurants, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, and more.
