Breakfast was great. I love the time, egg omelet, toast, just need a little more variety on hot tea. Very clean and staff was very nice and friendly.
Have long hours for room serve for Elite guest, keep a few more towels in the room, so you won't have to call for service.

The level of service and hospitality from the moment you step foot on the property is unreal. The staff is quick, incredibly attentive, and warm—nobody haggled or bugged us on the beach or by the pool, so you can truly relax. The main garden courtyard area is stunning, especially viewed from the Junior Suites, and the rooms were spotless with housekeeping like clockwork. The food had plenty of variety across the restaurants and the buffet, the RIU Parties and mini water park were a blast, and the beach view looking toward the Cancun skyline is breathtaking.
Not much to complain about, but keep in mind that the TVs are basic cable only with no smart connectivity or streaming apps (though it was a nice excuse to unplug!). Also, the resort is quite isolated from external stores like Oxxo or Walmart, so if you forget basic pharmacy items like medicine, expect steep resort store prices.

Location, cleanness, service, food, drinks, all good !!!!
A bit far from everywhere but not a big issue.

Breakfast, size of property
Service during meals, extremely difficult to get a table in any of the restaurants (other than the buffet area), pool area very noisy during the day
