L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport à des commerces variés entre la place Turenne et la zone de l'Aquarium (donc vers Dunkerque), mais peut-être un peu loin de la digue et de la plage de Malo pour ceux qui souhaiteraient gagner du temps. Le charme annoncé est bien réel, l'appartement correspond bien aux photos, et nous l'avons trouvé fort tranquille et confortable.
La serrure de l'appartement est... "capricieuse", mais les propriétaires nous avaient prévenus. Pour nous, couple dans la septantaine, l'usage d'un système de télévision différent de nos habitudes n'est pas vraiment aisé, donc un mode d'emploi sur mesure (pas celui reçu à l'achat) serait fort appréciable (nous avons renoncé à tenter d'utiliser l'appareil, mais un journal et notre smartphone ont fait l'affaire) ; l'usage du micro-ondes était un peu mystérieux aussi...

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und detailliert eingerichtet , sowie sehr sauber . Es hat an nichts gefehlt, da die Ausstattung sehr gut war.
Die Betten waren absolut gemütlich und ich habe selten so flauschige Handtücher in einer Unterkunft gehabt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wohnung genau,,wobei sie noch größer wirkt, wenn man dort ist. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, 5 Minuten bis zum Strand, Bäcker , Carrefour direkt um die Ecke und ein guter Startpunkt für Radtouren, Spaziergänge, Museum. Obwohl sie sehr zentral liegt, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig , so dass man eine entspannte Zeit verbringen kann. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war reibungslos und sehr herzlich.
Können nichts negatives sagen. Wer Altbaucharme mag, wird sich bestimmt wohl fühlen
