Location and cleanliness
Things that didn’t work. TV remotes, no towels. Fortunately, I was on the first floor since the elevator was out of order.

I liked the large room and the fact that there was a kitchenette in the room with cooktop, regular sized fridge, etc
I understand the cleaning aspect as well as possible loss, but it would be nice to have items like a pot and pan with a lid along with a spatula in the room, or available to use.
