The apartment is located in the Oscar Rodrigues Building, constructed in 1928 and currently listed as a Municipal/State Historic Landmark; it has been completely renovated and decorated. Its private area measures 90 m², comprising two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, an utility area, and a private entryway—all designed to offer guests the utmost comfort.
Check-in and check-out are automated, eliminating the need for the host to be present and freeing guests from strict time constraints.
The living room features a comfortable 4-seater sofa, a 50" flat-screen TV (digital channels only), a bookshelf, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
The bedrooms are spacious and airy.
The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size box spring bed and a Castor brand pocket-coil mattress, air conditioning (cool), a ceiling fan, a 32-inch Smart TV with Netflix, a closet, and blackout curtains.
The second bedroom, which is also very airy and bright, faces Praça das Artes and features two single box-spring beds with Epeda Simmons spring mattresses, hot/cold air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a 32-inch Smart TV with Netflix, a closet, and blackout curtains.
The kitchen comfortably accommodates 4 people and is equipped with an espresso machine, microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop, water filter, electric oven, toaster, sandwich maker, electric pot, all essential kitchen utensils, and cooling air conditioning.
The bathroom is quite spacious and offers a comfortable shower experience with a high-performance showerhead, a bidet, a hair dryer, a movable mirror, and shampoo.
Bedding (sheets, pillowcases, blankets) and bath and face towels are provided according to the number of guests.
