About this apartment rental
Our historic townhouse, dating from around 1890, is located right in the heart of Seehausen, just a 2-minute walk from the lake. Since 2019, we have been restoring and modernizing this wonderful gem, bit by bit.
Our 32-square-meter Deluxe Lake View Apartment has been available to our guests since 2020.
It has been completely renovated and is very cozy and stylishly furnished.
The living/sleeping area features a comfortable box-spring bed measuring 180x200 cm. You’ll find a large flat-screen satellite TV with Netflix.
The direct view of the lake, which is part of a protected landscape area, is simply stunning.
The apartment features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, a pizza maker, and a coffee maker; coffee and tea are also provided.There’s a small dining area.
Cozy towels, bed linens, and a hair dryer are also included in the price.
We offer accommodations with free parking directly across from the house.
Shopping options are available in town.
