Very nice personnel, kudos to Emanuela to stay very late to open the door for us, it was greatly appreciated.
We were in Teatro Massimo room, the room is nice but it would be good to have a small table as there is nowhere practical to sit to write a letter or use a computer (the small space below the TV is very narrow)
Not a big deal, but to have a box of tissues would be a nice add.

It feels like a small boutique hotel close to the centre, occupying an entire floor of a building.
When we first arrived, we weren’t sure we were in the right place, as it looks like an ordinary building from the outside. Inside, however, it is fully renovated and absolutely beautiful, with exceptional attention to every little detail. We really enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast and buffet areas are a little small, but they manage this by letting guests choose between two breakfast time slots. Overall, breakfast was good, although the space isn’t ideal for sitting for a long time.

The hotel is very homy and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast and beautiful room.
We had an issue with the air conditioning machine which was noisy in our room and woke us up at night. The staff tried to get it fixed twice but it kept doing noise after a few hours of use. We got the items we took from the minibar for free as a compensation which was a friendly gesture from the hotel.
