About this house rental
Our rustic vacation home (consisting of 2 apartments) is located next to our farm in a sunny, quiet setting, about a 15-minute walk from the town center. The ski bus stop is right above the property.
An ideal starting point for hikes to alpine pastures and mountain peaks. The swimming lakes are just a few kilometers away. This idyllic setting in the countryside offers your children plenty of space to play—whether on the playground (trampoline, slide, swing, table tennis) or in the forest below our farm. Round out the day with a barbecue on the large terrace.
Location: 920 meters above sea level; no through traffic since the access road ends at the farm.
Farm-specific highlights: Alpbach-style timber architecture, homemade fruit brandy, homemade farmhouse bread, and fresh homemade yogurt. You can collect your breakfast eggs yourself from the chicken coop; the farm has its own alpine pasture.
Our farm animals: cows, calves, pigs, the cats Kastro and Oliver, and our egg suppliers.

Right next to the entrance is a small terrace that’s perfect for cozy get-togethers in the evenings, especially during the summer. Before entering the kitchen-living area, you’ll find yourself in a separate entryway (1), from which we heat the tiled stove. This ensures your privacy is maintained. The apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (with the option to set up a crib provided by us), as well as a shower and a toilet in separate rooms. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, fiber-optic internet is included.
On-site costs: • Alpbachtal Card included • Farm stay • Free parking
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
