Great location,close to lake as multiple stores in area . Very secure and safe area as most Bucarest ,filled with families and children.
The bus 168 takes you to train station,downtown very cheap 9 to 15 min interval but watch out for morning and afternoon rush hour or plan your trip. Uber is also a great option to get to airport as other locations,very,very cheap . You can actually go see the sunset from the apartament to the lake in less then 15 min on foot ,walking around Lacul Morii is envigorating if you find a way to get there….ask around for the secret short cut passage if you wish. It s a huge lake and arounds are epic especially sunset time.
The apartament is really called Luxury because it definetely reflects it. Very clean ,very quiet ,insonorisated to neighbours ,9 th floor,balcony for morning tee or cofee . Inside arrangement very modern with a great little kitchen ,everything you need ,i cooked on many nights , wine bottle opener unexisting had to use a lighter as beautifull red toaster was also toast…i am sure replaced by now.
I definetely slept very well and had no problem with noise . I am usually very sensitive to sorrounding noise. Maybe the air conditioning made a bit of noise, while i won t complain , AC was imperative on outside temperatures beyond 32 degrees ..a must that functioned very well, as did Wifii , i had one slight problem ,the owners immediatly took care and send a crew to repair. Once you need something and you reach out ,they are very fast to answer.
Communication from beggining with the proprety managers was really very helping as they assisted me with getting on location, getting in , as other information i needed . I felt welcomed and taken care of .
The pool advertised on site ,price is not included . Pool location is also outside the hotel,10 min away on foot inside a private gym club. I hope this comment will convince the owner to rectify announce the reality of pool amnestie not included.
It is also roughly 25 $ can dollars a day ,very ,very pricelly.
I specifically chose the hotel for having a pool ….only to learn it hadn t in the end.
Same for the the Romanian tourist tax by governement . It should be announced before making booking so no bad financial surprises await for everything transparent as authenthic from beggining . Staying for a month I had to pay quite some taxes.
While quality of my stay surpassed my hopes , i really ,really , apreciated my time there beyond all .

Locatia a avut pozitia pe care am dorit-o, intr-o zona linistita. Accesul in apartament s-a realizat usor, prin comunicare cu proprietarul.
Am primit apartamentul 77 la et 11 (ultimul), in loc de 66 la et 9 solicitat, fara sa fim instiintati. Unele lucruri diferite, care m-au nemultumit. Usa la baie, glisanta din sticla, cu sistem de prindere doar in partea superioara, zdrangane si nu se inchide etans, nu asigura intimitate, nu izoleaza zgomotele, umezeala, ai impresia ca poate cadea la orice miscare. Pe tot ce inseamna termopan exterior, exista inca inestetic si pe suprafete mari, autocolantul din fabrica. Curatenie superficiala, fara atentie la detalii.

Apartamento estava limpo
Quando chegamos não tinha nem água para beber no apartamento!
Apenas um Ar condicionado pequeno que não atende o apartamento no calor.
Toalhas pequenas e de qualidade ruim, além de não oferecem nem sabonete para as mãos.
Localização não é legal para um turista, erramos na escolha!
