Lovely large room with 2 bedrooms was perfect. Very modern and comfortable in a lovely old building.
Parking was a bit of a pain, down a narrow road which was closed one day.
Breakfast was ok, although I was double charged, and wasn't able to get a refund for some reason (couldn't understand, and had to leave).
Very bad farmyard smell at night meant had to keep windows closed. Not the hotel fault.

Clean spacious rooms
History room was except for one wall super modern. Seemed like an excuse not too have airco. A bit far from everything

Room was large, historic character, facilities new and clean
Breakfast excellent - fresh, delicious, staff very friendly
Towels replaced and trash emptied daily
Room never cleaned in 5 nights - dirty glasses left, sheets only folded, not changed, despite multiple complaints.
Reception open only 14:00-21:00, inconvenient with early starts and late returns.
Parking lot closed one day, had to park on the street.
Access via steep staircase (was disclosed at booking, so not a surprise, but worth noting).
No AC in 1st-floor historic rooms during a 41°C heatwave - only 2nd floor has it. Nights dropped to ~24°C so sleep was fine, but daytime was rough.

Nice property. Great location. Shower didn’t work and TV wasn’t great.
Shower didn’t work properly, neither did the TV
