Fundo Huabayor is located on rural farmland at kilometer 50 of the highway to Canta, in the District of Santa Rosa de Quives, 5 minutes past Yangas, the district capital. From downtown Lima, it takes 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach by car. The property has 700 fruit trees spread across 17,000 square meters (almost 2 hectares). Since we are located about 1,200 meters above sea level in the Lima Highlands, there is sunshine all year round and the climate is dry—recommended for people with respiratory issues. Exclusive access to the Chillón River. Ideal for couples with or without children who wish to enjoy the peace of the countryside in a pleasant climate. Located across from the Checta petroglyphs of the pre-Hispanic Wari culture on the hill opposite the property (hiking). Just 5 minutes from the town of Santa Rosa de Lima, where there’s a zip-line for the more adventurous. Two bicycles are available for getting around the neighboring towns. Satellite internet.
