For the price, it is decent. The breakfast was decent, too
A couple of years ago my husband and I stayed at this hotel. It was great! Fresh cookies when you checked in, and the place was extremely clean. This time, no cookies, and trash was found under the bathroom sink. We were surprised at how quickly this hotel went somewhat down.

The breakfast was great! Lots of food options and a spacious and clean dining area.
We liked the comfortable mattress and the good water pressure in the shower!
There was a candy wrapper on the carpet and hairs on the bathroom floor! Was it cleaned before our arrival?
I requested a quiet room location away from noisy equipment and on the opposite side of the building from the major street, But the room faced 22nd Ave and noisy condenser units were under the window. The windows did not keep out exterior noise effectively.

It was clean. The people there at the desk need to smile more. Learn how to be friendly and nice. I know this was in Chicago, but we still need to learn proper concierge services.

"Breakfast really surprised me. So many options, especially hot and 3 types of fruit. The staff was so attentive and they worked so hard to keep the area clean and make sure the food was stacked."
