Secure private parking, outstanding breakfast. Kitchen area and pre-prepared meals available, but we didn't make use of these. Instead we walked about 1km into a suburb of the city and had a meal there. The host is very friendly and extremely helpful. It is true that the house is next to a busy ring road, but the double glazing is good and it wasn't a problem for us. We were made well aware of that when we booked. The room was very nicely appointed, and there is a kettle.
It is a bit difficult to navigate to, which is the fault of the traffic system, not the property. Maybe a map from the hosts to help, because going wrong at rush hour is a bit stressful.

Character property and manager stayed up to let us in after we had gotten horribly lost ! Good sized room in attic. Very good breakfast with some nice home made products
Room was supposed to have view but only if you were a giraffe. You also required a lot of energy to get up 2 flights of narrow stairs with luggage
