Located in the heart of the historic Vieil Antibes district, on a quiet pedestrian street just steps from the Provençal Market, this 60 m² apartment offers all modern comforts and has just been charmingly renovated, featuring exposed beams, a fireplace, and the very thick walls typical of the city walls. The location is ideal for exploring everything on foot: the Picasso Museum is 50 meters away, the Provençal Market, Port Vauban, and Gravette Beach are a 5-minute walk away, Ponteil Beach is 7 minutes away, and the Antibes train station is less than a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, but the windows face the second floor, overlooking a quiet, sunken alleyway between the Provençal Market and the sea. Recently fully renovated, it offers modern and comfortable amenities: a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a small bedroom, and a large living/dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave). The bathroom is accessible only from the bedroom. The toilet is located in the bathroom. Large sofa bed in the living room, Orange TV, and Wi-Fi. Ideally located for exploring everything on foot, near the Marché Provençal: sightseeing, the coast, shopping, the beach, museums, and more. A wide selection of nearby restaurants (Les Vieux Murs, Les Filles du Micocoulier, etc.), shops, and art galleries. The apartment enjoys the tranquility of the cul-de-sac while being located in Antibes’ liveliest neighborhood. Situated in a pedestrian zone, parking in front of the building is not permitted. You can reserve a spot at the Q-Park Pré des Pêcheurs parking garage, located 350 meters from the building (78€/week), or park your car at the free Fort Carré parking lot, which offers a free shuttle to downtown every 10 minutes during the summer. The apartment is non-smoking; no parties allowed. Pets are welcome with the owners’ permission.

Came back to Antibes with family and friends who stayed nearby. Just love the old town of Antibes. This accommodation just perfect for Antibes centre and beeches. Walking distance of railway station to visit all locations such as Nice Cannes and Monte Carlo. A hidden gem. Will be back xxx

The location is wonderful and the street that the apartment is on is charming. The apartment itself is fine, however the towels and linens they give you are very basic, a bit too basic for hosting guests. If they upgraded towels and bedding, it would go a long way.
