About this house rental
A cozy and charming newly built two-room apartment, with attention to every detail, in the heart of the Prendas de Sole certified organic farm, where nature and human hands work in harmony to offer you a vacation dedicated to eco-sustainability.
You’ll experience waking up surrounded by nature, enjoying views of the vegetable gardens, orchards, and vineyards, savoring the flavors, scents, and sounds of the countryside, and strolling through the wheat fields and olive groves.
The apartment is bright and cozy, equipped with all the amenities (air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, barbecue area), designed with special attention to ensure ease of use for people with disabilities, particularly regarding the layout of fixtures and spaces within the bathrooms, which feature a walk-in shower and a handheld showerhead for the toilet. The doors and furniture are sized and positioned to allow for the easiest possible mobility with a wheelchair inside.
The apartment consists of a modern kitchen-living room equipped with all amenities (induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and state-of-the-art microwave) and a sofa bed, made very bright by the large glass entrance door. The bathroom is spacious and functional, as is the master bedroom (which can be configured as a double room if needed). The entire apartment is on the first floor and is accessed through a covered veranda that opens onto the garden.
The courtyard in front features a barbecue area and a playground for children.

Wir haben 11 Nächte in dieser schönen Fewo verbracht. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und sehr modern. Das Badezimmer ist modern und schön, auch der Rest der Wohnung inkl. Terrasse ist wirklich sehr gelungen.
Die Lage ist gut, um verschiedene Sachen zu erleben. Tolle Strände, Olbia, alles ist schnell zu erreichen.
Man schaut von der Terrasse auf das Castello di Pedres und die Berge, wirklich traumhaft.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns auch oft mit leckeren Obst oder Gemüse aus eigenem Bio Anbau versorgt. Wirklich toll.
Wir wünschen alles Gute und sagen weiter so!

The apartment is really nice, comfortable, clean and in a good position for many activities (beach, Olbia city,...). From the terrace you will see the Castello di Pedres - really nice.
