Rooms and Arrangements good and staff was really help full with friendly, thanks to Mr.Raju and family

Resort connecting road was poor from the main highway and not good for small vehicles (better 4x4 or SUV) Swimming Pool and water was not cleaned and Request to make children play area so we can visit in for next vacation

Totally uncomfortable, not recommending

my 1st booking was canceled without prior notice totally it's not accepted it was horribly inconvenienced and faced lot of booking was confirmed without notice canceled is it ok.

totally nothing there. no proper swimming pool, no proper indoor games, no proper parking,dont have bedside table, no tea table, small rooms totally un comfortable there is no proper staff all are new staff not skilled.

Very bad experience

My Sincere Feedback – Resort Stay (24th–26th October 2025) I stayed at this resort with my family during the above dates. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing in several aspects. I am sharing this feedback not to harm the resort’s reputation but in the hope that it helps future guests and encourages the management to make meaningful improvements. The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly. The bedsheets had an unpleasant odor and visible holes. The bathroom lock was rusted and jammed, which led to an unfortunate incident where my in-laws got stuck inside. The caretaker had to pass a hammer through the bathroom window, and it took considerable effort to break open the lock. We also noticed snails inside the room, which added to our discomfort. There was no kettle provided, and the front door locks were either damaged or missing. Corners near the bed and the dressing cupboard were full of spider webs and seemed uncleaned for quite some time. The swimming pool was dusty and appeared not to have been cleaned recently, which was disappointing since my daughter had been looking forward to using it. Morning tea or coffee was served only around 8 a.m., and although breakfast was promised between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. As we usually start our day early (around 8–8:30 a.m.) for sightseeing, this was quite inconvenient, so we had to eat outside. For dinner, we were informed that a simple meal would cost ₹450 per plate, which felt high, especially for children. We again opted to dine outside, where we found better quality food at reasonable prices. We also encountered a snake near the door — while understandable given the coffee plantation surroundings, it was still concerning for my family. Another issue we faced was at check-in. The owner, Mr. Chetan, insisted on full payment for all three days upfront. I was surprised, as most places allow partial payment during check-in and settlement of the balance during check-out.
