To ensure your vacation is the best time of the year, we’ve taken care to provide first-class furnishings, including stylish design and high-quality amenities, in the “SyltMomente” vacation rental. The living area, decorated in natural tones, features modern wood-look flooring, a leather sofa, a recliner, and a cozy dining nook. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful east-facing balcony with its modern furniture and take in the view of Westerland. A wall-mounted TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a built-in CD player are at your disposal. The open, luxury kitchenette—visually separated from the living area—offers everything you need to whip up delicious culinary delights. It is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction cooktop with built-in range hood and microwave, as well as dishes, silverware, glasses, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, etc. The refrigerator includes a freezer compartment. Sleep in the luxurious box-spring bed (dimensions 160 cm x 200 cm). A large, separate closet offers plenty of storage space. Inside the closet, you’ll find a safe for your valuables. A parking space located 400 meters away is available to you free of charge.

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung . Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Besonders im November nach ausgiebigem Strand Spaziergang schätzt man eine komfortable und gemütliche Ferienwohnung in der alles vorhanden ist was für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt nötig ist.
Auch Eingangsbereich , Lift etc. sind dank dem guten Hausmeister Herrn Hinze sehr sauber und einladend.. Bei einem Problem wird auch sofort geholfen.
Strand und Stadtnähe sind von dieser Wohnung nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Ideal schnell mal zum Bäcker morgens zu gehen. Schöner Blick vom Balkon über Westerland.
Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt im App. Sylt Momente und kommen 2023 gerne wieder.

Die Whg ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Lage top, zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten am Strand, in der Innenstadt, am Supermarkt oder zur Bushaltestelle. Vom SZ aus kann man zwischen den Häuser das Meer sehen. Das Wohnhaus und der Hausflur sehr gepflegt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung - jeden Morgen schien die Sonne ins Wohnzimmer - super Lange zum Strand und auch zur City.
