Located on the 2nd level in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this unit offers electric heating throughout and a private outdoor deck ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with your favorite drink while soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in Mammoth. Just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll have effortless access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and the slopes without the hustle and bustle. After a day of exploring the mountains or hiking the nearby trails, unwind by the propane fireplace with slate hearth in the cozy living area and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV, or gather for meals at the dining table with seating for four. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The sleeping area includes a Queen bed with a walled partition for added privacy, and there’s also a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to one unassigned outdoor parking space. Clean studio. Easy check-in. Nice mud room / ski room at the entrance of the condo. Kitchen had drip coffee maker with filters, Keurig, pots/pans and dishes. 5 min. walk to Mammoth Village and gondola to Canyon Lodge. Management was available by phone when I had questions. I would stay here again.

Service has gone downhill ever since the complex outsourced it's reservations and services. Upon arrival the smoke alarm was chirping. There was no one onsite to help us. We needed towels for the jacuzzi, but the front office no longer offers that - you have to drive to the new off-site office location in downtown Mammoth to get towels, which is a major inconvenience, especially in a blizzard! The refrigerator was very small and the bottom shelf in the door was broken. Missing cooking oil, which most condos have.
