The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, making it easy to host family and friends for a weekend getaway. After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the cozy living area by the propane fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV. The dining table comfortably seats four, and the unit sleeps up to six guests. Located in the highly desirable Mammoth Estates community, you’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. This is the perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures, whether you're visiting in winter for skiing, snowboarding or in summer for hiking and outdoor fun. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to two unassigned outdoor parking spaces. Overall the property was beautiful. We appreciated the upgrades to the kitchen and the abundance of stocked items to enjoy cooking in the kitchen.Frustrated that we couldn’t use the closet in the second bedroom. They had it locked. We had things to hang but had to out them in the master closet with our friends stuff.The master sink is too small and there is no counter space at all for toiletries. I understand the master bathroom is small but I think they could have put a bit bigger sink and counter in the space.

The rental was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was recently updated. The only complaint I have is that the couches were saggy, and not very comfortable.

We’ve stayed at Mammoth Estates numerous times in the past, and have always had a positive experience. But on this trip in unit 110 one of the bedroom heaters would not turn off so the bedroom became a sauna on the first night. Thankfully, the next night we were able to turn it down/off. Also the towel rack by the sink came out of the wall but otherwise it was a decent, clean unit.
