About this apartment rental
We are offering for rent a superb duplex mountain apartment with beautiful exposed beams, located on the 3rd and top floor of a country house without an elevator. Please note that the staircase leading to the apartment is somewhat steep.
It is ideally located in the heart of Chantemerle’s old village, just 150 meters from the ski lifts and shops.
Facing due south with a magnificent view of the mountains, it has a floor area of 70 m².
On the first level, you’ll find a cozy and inviting living area, as well as the kitchen, bathroom, and half-bath. On the second level are the two bedrooms.
We provide all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay:
* Fully equipped kitchen (renovated in 2015): 1 large refrigerator-freezer, 1 stovetop, 1 range hood, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, as well as everything you need for cooking;
* Living Room: 2 comfortable sofas (1 large 3-4-seater sofa, 1 1.5-seater sofa), 1 ottoman, 1 flat-screen TV, 1 DVD player with a large selection of DVDs; books and board games are also available;
* Bathroom: 1 shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 hair dryer;
* Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160) or 2 single beds (80);
* Bedroom 2: 1 single bed that converts to a double (160) and 2 single bunk beds (90);
* Baby equipment: 1 travel crib with mattress; 1 high chair that attaches to an adult chair;
* 1 outdoor parking space (in front of the house), which may require snow chains in case of snow;
* 1 ski locker (private) in the entryway;
* Linens not provided;
