Set inside a beautiful brick building built in 1880, this thoughtfully renovated third-floor condo offers spacious rooms, cozy elegance, and lovely neighborhood views. Whether you’re visiting for business, pleasure, or a little of both, you’ll have a welcoming place to unwind.
The Space
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen stocked with dishes, glassware, and quality cookware, plus complimentary coffee and tea. Toiletries and thoughtful “forgotten essentials” help make your stay comfortable.
Located in the heart of Soulard’s “island,” the condo puts neighborhood dining, bars, and live music within walking distance, along with Soulard Farmers Market and the Anheuser-Busch Brewery. The Great Grizzly Bear is just steps away and offers sporting-event shuttles; check with the venue for availability and schedules.
Downtown, the Gateway Arch, Cardinals baseball, the Convention Center, and other St. Louis attractions are a short ride away.
Guest Access
You’ll have the entire condo to yourself, with a private entrance and convenient keyless entry. The apartment is one of two units in the building.
Please note: this is a third-floor apartment requiring three flights of stairs. Your reward for the climb is a beautiful space with wonderful views over Soulard!

Check-In & Check-Out
Self check-in is easy with a keyless touch pad. Your access code and arrival instructions will be sent before your stay. Please share your anticipated arrival and departure times so we can coordinate cleaning.
Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an additional $30 per request, subject to availability and advance arrangements.
Pets
Pets are welcome with advance disclosure and a one-time $75 pet fee to help cover additional cleaning details and basic wear and tear on the overall unit.

• No parties or gatherings.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the condo or the building’s entrance hall and stairways.
• A few daytime visitors may be welcome with advance approval, within the property’s occupancy limit. Only registered guests may remain during quiet hours.
• Quiet hours are 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Please be considerate of neighbors and the other unit.
• Monitored security cameras are located on the property’s landings.
• Soulard is a lively historic entertainment district. Nearby restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities may bring street noise, especially during pleasant weather and special events.

Very nice and cozy spot. When we were inside the property it didn’t feel like we were in the city at all. Lots of restaurants, bars, and a cigar lounge in walking distance. Very nice area. Thank you so much!

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE this VRBOPerfect location for all Downtown St Louis places. Perfect parking on dead end street. The apartment itself was AMAZINGGGGGGG.The host was so nice and wonderful to use. We give this place a 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. Plus your above Grizzly Bar that has DELICIOUS food .
