The absolute best panoramic waterfront views of the Intercoastal Waterway with spectacular sunset skies from this top 3rd floor, end unit condo (penthouse) on Bouchelle Island in New Smyrna Beach, FL. Breathtaking, direct riverfront location where warm tropical breezes are enjoyed from the large screened balcony offering lots of room to relax and watch the dolphins, sea birds and boats. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all have amazing Intercoastal Waterway views. The soaring vaulted ceilings throughout add to the open and airy feel of being on the waterfront. The condo features wood laminate floors throughout, stainless appliances, maple cabinets with dovetail, slow close drawers and exotic granite counters The master bathroom has wood cabinetry, quartz counters and tile shower. The riverfront master bedroom boasts a private on-suite bathroom, huge KING size bed, spacious walk in closet, flat screen TV and is nicely appointed. The comfortable guest room has a QUEEN size bed, on-suite bathroom and flat screen TV. WiFi throughout the condo. This is a top floor condo on the 3rd floor, end unit, very PRIVATE. Monthly rental rates start at $4000 plus tax. Sorry, no pets or weekly rental.
Bouchelle Island features resort style, luxury amenities that include 2 heated pools, a hot tub spa, fitness center, lighted tennis courts - pickle ball and shuffle board courts, 18 hole chip and putt course and a clubhouse with lots of fun activities. There are 2 outdoor gas grills with cover seating areas. Take a stroll along the ½ mile riverfront boardwalk that has benches, fishing pier and fish cleaning station. You can fish right from the riverfront fishing pier.
This condo offers the best of both worlds, the Intercoastal Waterway and only 8 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean and the famous, shark bite capital of the world, New Smyrna Beach (per Discovery Channel's Shark Week in July) The location can’t be beat, it’s within walking or biking distance of the Atlantic Ocean and beach, 5 star restaurants, Historic River View Hotel on the Intercoastal, Publix and the ever popular Flagler Avenue with all its shops, restaurants, festivals and activities. Can’t beat the water view and seeing dolphins almost all day. Sunsets also with wine not to be missed.
