Well appointed, nice facilities, super comfy bed, great to have a laundry.
Without a car, we found transport organising a bit of a challenge. Received mixed from locals about bus tickets so wasn’t that easy.

excellent view and loved being able to hear the waves. the bifold windows open up the front which is very good. comfortable bed and couches. easy to access and fantastic location.

Location was amazing, a min walk and you are on the beach. Loved the large opening windows which we kept open the whole stay. Apartment was well kitted out.
The Bamboo topper pad on the mattress was too soft so had to remove it.

Location is excellent, and its a nice view. Great large open window you can see and listen to the sea all day and night. Was very clean and tidy.
Bed was terribly uncomfortable and both of us woke most mornings with a sore back after restless sleep. Some of the fit out is pretty tired - like cups and plates not matching and cracked, windows need maintenance, etc. The quality of the fit out didn't match the price - felt like we were getting a kiwi batch experience for a luxury accommodation price.
