Rooms are nice and big, good location. Shame about the kids facilities.

Good location, convenience store right across the road. Great pool and clubhouse facilities, shame that the table tennis and pool table room was barely open when we were there, so the kids couldn’t make the most out of it and they were really disappointed.

Table tennis and pool table room was closed a lot, even during the time they should have been open. Staff attitude could do with some improvement.

Never again!

Nice pool area, fun for kids.

Very hard to find somebody to contact. I asked for a Wifi lady at " front desk" almost didn't spoke english at all..said there is no wifi..when i said it was promised on add she said okay and took me to some other room where actually was some "reception"..could never find it your own, even no sign. No hot water in shower, no hair dryer,no balcony (was also promised), breakfast was an absoult joke! First they wanted to charge again for breakfest, we had already paid for it while booking the room..when they realized that they took the menu back (coffee, fried eggs and bacon ect) and showed us some small thai food selling "place"outside. If we said this not ok staffÄ got rude. When i finally asked for manager ( they promised to contact somebody for me and didn't) i went back to the "reception" and manager said that this is all booking.com fault that they promise things to sell better. When i said i wanted to leave and get my money back i finally got a call back from the booking office ( after many manager's Ma calls to some agent where they was just laughing together about the situation and calling me difficult). Booking said that all the information on their site is put up by hotel..so the manager was dis honest the whole time and the while experience was sooo unpleasent. Just for a warning before you book.ja x

Passable

It is an amazing place especially for kids but other than the waterpark which operates only 2 hours per day there wasn't anything special about this place.

The most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered.

9 / 10

it was great for families

obviously the pool especially for kids! and there’s a playroom too. it’s great that the night market was very close.

however the bed was very hard :(
