It is a good place for the price.
Maybe it’s just me, but after a long hectic few days, when I arrived I did’nt expect their will be a procedure to collect the keys through a box, which I took some time to figure out, but that’s fine, as a elevator can’t be set now perhaps have a system in which atleast the luggage can be moved up, as the stairs are small & tightly squeezed, or a space too keep luggage in a secure place on 1F atleast (clockroom), other than that it was a nice stay. Thank you.

The room was spacious and in a good location
The stairs were the only way up and down. Bed was very firm

The location and facilities are convenient, bathroom has ample space, with a bath, shower, washing machine. The apartment is small but comfortable, there is space for suitcases along the floor, and there is a closet with hangers and an iron. Kitchenette has enough supplies to use comfortably.
Communication with the host during the stay was very quick, and problems were resolved within the same day. Very good customer service.
There were some moisture stains on the wall which should be treated by the property, as well as some dirt/filth on the curtains and in some parts of the floor, as well as some filth behind the washing machine.
Upon contacting the host, the apartment was throughly cleaned, curtains were replaced and the stay was much nicer after that

A short walk to the yamanote line, literally next to the supermarket and 7/11. Great communication with the owner. It has a japanese toilet and a washing machine. I think it is still a good value for tokyo.
It is small but that was expected, for two big suitcases it is a bit inconvenient. The bed is not comfortable. The sockets near the bead are very loose and the chargers kept falling out.
