Superb location for The Vatican, few minutes walk from Metro
Chiara welcomed us in person and was extremely helpful, phoning
a local restaurant to make a reservation for lunch on the day we arrived. She also gave us a list of recommended restaurants to try during our visit. There are so many restaurants in Rome it was very useful to know which ones were slightly off the main tourist drag, reasonably priced and offering delicious food. We ate at No 1 on her list, twice, the meatballs were fantastic, as was the pizza. Chiara also kindly booked a taxi to the airport for us, which arrived on time. She also gave us a detailed map and talked us through the areas to visit, and helpfully explained how long roughly it would take to walk to the key places.
The bed was a king size and very comfortable . The bedroom was simply furnished but spotlessly clean.
The communal kitchen is right next to the bedrooms. As early risers, we might have disturbed the other guests as we made our breakfasts and we were able to hear the guests coming back to the apartment in the evening. A kettle would have been useful in the kitchen- we had to boil the water for our tea in the microwave. Again, the ping of the microwave might have disturbed the other guests, perhaps? However, Rome is so exhausting, they probably slept through!

We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome from the beginning. Chiara was incredibly kind, helpful and flexible, especially with our late arrival. Communication was always easy and friendly, and everything was well organised.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Rome. We also really appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and the lovely message she left for us before our departure. It made our stay feel even more special.
Chiara was also extremely flexible after the 10:30 a.m. check-out. We were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation, which was a huge help as our flight was only in the evening and meant we didn’t have to carry our bags around Rome for the rest of the day.
Thank you again for everything, Chiara! We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Rome. 10/10! ❤️

Location is great .
After booking I had to arrange a late check in . This wasn’t an easy request and I had to get booking.com involved or I would have lost the full amount of the booking(1500 euros ) the latest check in is 7:30pm which is very early in Europe and then you have to pay an extra 30euro even if you arrive at 8pm . Please be careful for this . The breakfast is not worth it . Very cheap pre packaged foods where there are signs everywhere telling you to eat in your room and leave your dirty dishes in your room (so the dirty dishes can be in your room for over 5/6 hours before they are cleaned )Very weird experience for the price that we paid :(
