About this house rental
Three houses connected by an interior passageway. It is located in a fenced-in area within the estate, at the foot of the Sierra de Ricote and about 2 km from Blanca along the Ojós highway.
In total, there are 7 double rooms: 3 with double beds, 2 with twin beds, and 2 with twin beds and a trundle bed. Two of the rooms feature small loft areas with a 140-cm futon, suitable for children ages 7 and up;
4 bathrooms (2 with showers and 2 with bathtubs) and 2 half-baths on the first floor,
Fenced outdoor area with barbecue grills and a wood-fired oven. The pool is located in an enclosed area in front of the house, about 30m away.
The property is surrounded by orchards and woodland, a grove of native species that makes it an ideal setting for various outdoor activities, gatherings with friends and family, and, of course, relaxation.
Just a short distance away, you can enjoy a wide range of activities such as hiking, canoeing, fishing, rock climbing, hot springs, bike rides, and various cultural visits in Blanca, the neighboring towns, and the city of Murcia.

We flew into Alicante (Ryanair), picked up our hire cars (Firefly), and drove for 1hr5mins to the property. The property was three houses, well converted into one good size place. It suited our party of four families and thirteen people really well. We were five minutes drive out of Blanca, with good views, privacy, and a nice pool, with three shaded awnings around the outside, welcome in 40C heat. We were about an hour from Cartegna, 1hr20mins from Torrvieja and 30 mins from Murcia. Blanca was a large village with four super markets and an excellent kebab shop. Mamen was friendly and helpful, which gave us reassurance for our stay. The villa was well stocked, with three portable a/c units, fans in most of the rooms and three well stocked kitchens with washing machines,microwaves,hobs, ovens crockery and cutlery. We had a great stay, the pool was great, Mamen was very good. Some of the roads are bit narrow with hairpin bends, but all other roads were fast in good condition, easy driving.
