Very disappointing stay - dirty and poorly maintained

The balcony is big.

Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was very disappointing. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The bathrooms were very dirty, including a large visible stain on one of the bathroom surfaces. There were also ants in the apartment and an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen. The mattresses and pillows were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult. Overall, the apartment felt poorly maintained and in need of a proper deep clean, pest treatment, and replacement of the mattresses and pillows. The apartment has potential, but the hygiene and condition seriously affected our stay. I would not stay here again unless these issues were properly addressed.

Excellent, really enjoyed our stay.

Property was good. Beds need mattress protectors. No spare linen was left for extra pillows or quilts? No wine glasses (bought 2 and left them). Otherwise we were pleased with everything else.

No mattress protectors on beds. No spare linen for pillow cases or quilts. Electric kept tripping when cooking or aircon was used.
