Plenty of space in our room. Booked as a twin, but had a double and a single bed.
Corner room with windows on two walls.
Good space for luggage storage at base of wardrobe.
Sockets by bed.
Fridge in room.
Bottled water and usual coffee facilities and biscuits.
Very clean.
Very friendly reception staff.
No soap in dispenser in shower.
Nowhere to hang towels - just a very small towel heater rack in bathroom, good for hand towel. We piled our bath towels on top of the hand towel. Over the top of the shower screen would have worked after both people had showered, if at least one of the room occupants was tall enough to do this easily.
A notice at reception giving two numbers to call if any help was needed. On phoning the first one, the person who answered said that they were at home and I should not call them; I should call a different number. On calling the other number, the message was that nobody was available to take the call. We waited and, while it was not too long before someone returned to the reception, the experience had been a bit awkward (being almost 'told off' for calling a number that was given at reception as the number to call, was rather unpleasant).

Good location near brands hatch circuit
Rooms were almost as if they hadn’t been cleaned. The shower drain smelled disgusting and was full of dirt. We were given the wrong room key at first which led us to a room with a slightly used bed and a used condom in the bin
